The Wildlife Thriving on our Gluten Free Farm

Down on our Farm on the Carse of Stirling where we grow our Scottish Gluten Free Porridge Oats we have a thriving and wide biodiversity of wildlife.  We believe this is thanks to our farming techniques and good practices. We keep chemical and fertilizer applications to a minimal on our Scottish Gluten Free Oats and Scot's Timothy Hay. We have over a dozen species that are listed on the UK Endangered Red List taking up residence on our farmland. Some only take up temporary residence but will return every year, other species are permanent residents like our Brown Hares, House Sparrows and Water Voles. If you stay still and quiet you may see some of the following from the Endangered Red List:

Brown Hares

Corncrakes
